Palworld Passive Skills (Traits)
A passive (also called a trait) is a permanent bonus, and a Pal can carry up to 4 of them at once. They roll at random when you catch a Pal, and they pass down through breeding. That's how you end up stacking the good work passives onto one worker. For your base, look for the ones that speed up work, like Artisan, Remarkable Craftsmanship or Lucky. Slacker and Clumsy do the opposite and slow your Pals down, so leave those aside. A +5 rank is the strongest, a negative rank sets you back.
